Buyers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the order is delivered.<\/p>\n

3. Change-of-Mind Returns<\/p>\n

– The item has not been used.<\/p>\n

– The item is in its original condition.<\/p>\n

– All original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories are included.<\/p>\n

– The item is suitable for resale as new.<\/p>\n

Bozzami or the seller may decline a change-of-mind return if these conditions are not met.<\/p>\n

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned<\/p>\n

Unless required by law, the following items are not eligible for return:<\/p>\n

– Perishable goods.<\/p>\n

– Custom-made or personalised products.<\/p>\n

– Gift cards and vouchers.<\/p>\n

– Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.<\/p>\n

– Hygiene and personal care products that have been opened or used.<\/p>\n

– Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n

5. Return Process<\/p>\n

To request a return:<\/p>\n

1. Log in to your Bozzami account.<\/p>\n

2. Open your order history.<\/p>\n

3. Select the order you wish to return.<\/p>\n

4. Submit a return request within 14 days of delivery.<\/p>\n

5. Provide the reason for the return and supporting photos where applicable.<\/p>\n

6. Wait for return instructions from Bozzami or the seller.<\/p>\n

Do not return an item until your request has been approved.<\/p>\n

6. Condition of Returned Items<\/p>\n

Returned items should be:<\/p>\n

– Properly packaged.<\/p>\n

– Free from unnecessary damage caused after delivery.<\/p>\n

Items damaged through misuse may not qualify for a refund.<\/p>\n

7. Refunds<\/p>\n

– The full purchase price.<\/p>\n

– Delivery charges where the seller or Bozzami was responsible for the error, where applicable.<\/p>\n

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.<\/p>\n

8. Return Shipping Costs<\/p>\n

– If the seller or Bozzami is responsible for the error, the return shipping costs will normally be covered by the seller or Bozzami.<\/p>\n

– If the return is due to a change of mind, the buyer is normally responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

9. Exchanges<\/p>\n

Where stock is available, buyers may request a replacement instead of a refund for eligible items.<\/p>\n
