Dispute Resolution Policy

At Bozzami, we are committed to resolving disputes fairly, efficiently, and transparently.

This Dispute Resolution Policy explains how disagreements between buyers, sellers, and Bozzami are handled.

By using the Bozzami Marketplace, you agree to this Policy.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Policy is to provide a fair, timely, and transparent process for resolving disputes while maintaining trust within the Bozzami Marketplace.

2. Types of Disputes

Bozzami may assist in resolving disputes relating to:
- Orders not received.
- Damaged or defective products.
- Products significantly different from their description.
- Incorrect items or quantities delivered.
- Payment-related issues.
- Delivery disputes.
- Returns and refund disagreements.
- Alleged breaches of Bozzami's policies.

3. Reporting a Dispute

A dispute must be reported within 14 calendar days of:
- The order being delivered; or
- The estimated delivery date if the order was not received.

When submitting a dispute, you should provide:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos or videos where applicable.
- Copies of relevant communications between the buyer and seller.
- Any other supporting evidence requested by Bozzami.

4. Direct Resolution

Before Bozzami intervenes, buyers and sellers are encouraged to communicate respectfully through the Bozzami platform and attempt to resolve the issue directly.

5. Bozzami Investigation

If the dispute cannot be resolved, Bozzami may:
- Review evidence submitted by both parties.
- Request additional information or documentation.
- Review payment and delivery records.
- Contact the buyer, seller, or delivery partner.
- Make an impartial decision based on the available evidence and applicable policies.

6. Possible Outcomes

Following its investigation, Bozzami may:
- Approve a full refund.
- Approve a partial refund.
- Arrange a replacement item.
- Require the return of the product.
- Reject the claim if there is insufficient evidence.
- Take appropriate action against users who violate Bozzami's policies.

7. Fraudulent Claims

Submitting false information, altered evidence, or fraudulent claims is strictly prohibited.

Bozzami may:
- Reject the dispute.
- Suspend or terminate the user's account.
- Report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities where required.

8. Final Decision

Bozzami aims to make decisions that are fair, impartial, and based on the available evidence.Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Bozzami's decision regarding marketplace disputes will be considered final.

This Policy does not limit any legal rights available under the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.

9. Good Faith

All parties involved in a dispute are expected to:
- Act honestly.
- Provide accurate information.
- Cooperate during the investigation.
- Treat one another with respect.

10. Changes to this Policy

Bozzami may update this Dispute Resolution Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published on the Bozzami platform.
