Seller agreement policy

By registering as a seller on Bozzami, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.

1. Purpose: Bozzami is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers throughout Eswatini. Bozzami provides the platform but is not the owner of the products listed by sellers.

2. Seller Eligibility: To become a seller, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate personal or business information.
- Maintain a valid mobile number and email address.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Seller Responsibilities: The Seller agrees to:
- List only products that they legally own or are authorized to sell.
- Provide accurate descriptions, prices, and images.
- Keep inventory updated.
- Package products securely.
- Ship orders within the required timeframe.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintain professional conduct at all times.

4. Prohibited Products: Sellers may not list:
- Illegal goods.
- Counterfeit or stolen products.
- Dangerous or prohibited items.
- Products that violate intellectual property rights.
- Any item prohibited under the laws of Eswatini.

Bozzami reserves the right to remove prohibited listings without notice.

5. Orders and Fulfilment: Once an order is received, the Seller shall:
- Confirm availability.
- Prepare the order promptly.
- Hand over the package according to Bozzami's shipping procedures.
- Notify Bozzami immediately if the item is unavailable.

Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.

6. Pricing: Sellers are responsible for setting their own product prices.Prices displayed must be accurate and include all applicable charges except shipping fees, where applicable.

7. Seller Fees: Bozzami may charge:
- Sales commission.
- Subscription fees (where applicable).
- Advertising fees for optional promotional services.

Any applicable fees will be communicated before implementation.

8. Payments: Payments to sellers will be processed after successful order completion and according to Bozzami's payment schedule.

Bozzami may withhold payments where fraud, disputes, or policy violations are suspected.

9. Returns and Refunds: Sellers agree to comply with Bozzami's Returns and Refund Policy.Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

If a seller is responsible for defective, incorrect, or damaged items, the seller shall bear the associated costs.

10. Customer Service : Sellers shall provide courteous and professional customer service.Failure to maintain acceptable service standards may lead to account restrictions.

11. Intellectual Property: The Seller confirms that all trademarks, logos, images, and product descriptions used belong to them or are used with permission.The Seller grants Bozzami permission to display product information for marketing and selling purposes.

12. Suspension and Termination: Bozzami may suspend or permanently terminate a seller account for:
- Fraudulent activity.
- Repeated order cancellations.
- Selling prohibited products.
- Misleading customers.
- Breach of this Agreement.

13. Limitation of Liability: Bozzami acts solely as a marketplace platform.Bozzami is not responsible for:
- Product quality.
- Product warranties.
- Seller negligence.
- Losses arising from seller misconduct.

14. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between Bozzami and the Seller should first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.

15. Changes to this Agreement: Bozzami may update this Agreement at any time.Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

17. Acceptance: By creating a seller account or accepting this Agreement electronically, the Seller confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Seller Agreement.
