Welcome to Bozzami. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bozzami website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. About Bozzami

Bozzami is a digital marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bozzami is not the manufacturer, owner, or seller of products listed by independent sellers.

2. Eligibility

To use Bozzami, you must:

– Be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

– Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

– Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

– Keeping your login credentials secure.

– Maintaining accurate account information.

– All activities that occur under your account.

Notify Bozzami immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Marketplace Services

Bozzami may provide services including:

– Online shopping.

– Product listings.

– Seller stores.

– Order management.

– Payment processing through approved providers.

– Delivery and logistics.

– Customer support.

Additional services may be introduced from time to time.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer, you agree to:

– Provide accurate delivery information.

– Pay for orders you place.

– Communicate respectfully with sellers and Bozzami staff.

– Inspect deliveries promptly and report any issues within the applicable policy timeframes.

– Comply with Bozzami’s policies.

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

– Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing.

– Sell only lawful and genuine products.

– Fulfil confirmed orders promptly.

– Maintain accurate stock levels.

– Comply with Bozzami’s Seller Agreement and all applicable laws.

7. Pricing and Payments

– Product prices are set by sellers unless otherwise stated.

– Payment must be completed using approved payment methods.

– Bozzami may charge marketplace fees, commissions, or delivery charges as disclosed on the Platform.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond Bozzami’s reasonable control.

Buyers should inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any issues promptly.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by Bozzami’s Returns & Refunds Policy.

Generally, eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

10. Buyer Protection

Eligible purchases may be covered under Bozzami’s Buyer Protection Policy, subject to the terms of that policy.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

– Sell counterfeit or illegal goods.

– Commit fraud or attempt to deceive other users.

– Create fake accounts.

– Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

– Upload harmful software or malicious code.

– Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

12. Intellectual Property

All Bozzami trademarks, logos, branding, software, designs, and original content are the property of Bozzami or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

13. Privacy

Bozzami collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to such processing as described in that Policy.

14. Suspension and Termination

Bozzami may suspend or terminate any account that:

– Violates these Terms.

– Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

– Poses a risk to the Platform or other users.

– Repeatedly breaches Bozzami’s policies.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bozzami shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Eswatini, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

Bozzami may amend these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective when published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
