You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- Unused and unworn.
- In their original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Perishable goods (such as food and flowers).
- Personal care, beauty, and hygiene products that have been opened or used.
- Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel where hygiene seals have been removed.
- Customized or personalised products.
- Digital products or downloadable content that has already been accessed or downloaded.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
To begin a return, contact Bozzami Customer Support or submit a return request through your Bozzami account. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed in accordance with Bozzami's Returns & Refunds Policy.
