How will I be refunded?

Once your return has been approved and the item has been received and inspected, Bozzami will process your refund. Refunds will be made through the original payment method whenever possible. Where this is not possible, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, mobile money, or Bozzami Wallet (where available). You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
