To help us resolve your case quickly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos or videos, where applicable.
- Any other relevant information requested by Bozzami.
Bozzami will review the dispute in consultation with the seller and may request additional information from either party. Depending on the outcome, the resolution may include a replacement, repair, full or partial refund, or another fair solution.
Refunds are processed in accordance with the Bozzami Returns & Refunds Policy. Bozzami aims to resolve disputes fairly, promptly, and in accordance with its Terms and Conditions.
