You can cancel your order at no cost if it has not yet been processed or shipped by the seller.
To cancel an order:
- Log in to your Bozzami account.
- Go to My Orders.
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click Cancel Order and follow the on-screen instructions.
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may be eligible to return the item within 14 days of delivery, subject to Bozzami's Returns & Refunds Policy.If your cancellation is approved, any payment you have made will be refunded using the applicable refund method.
