An In-Store Consultation allows you to book a meeting with a participating seller to receive expert advice, view products in person, discuss your requirements, or receive personalised recommendations before making a purchase.
To request an in-store consultation:
- Visit the seller's store page on Bozzami.
- Select Book a Consultation, where available.
- Choose your preferred date and time.
- Wait for confirmation from the seller.
Consultation availability, duration, and any applicable fees are determined by the seller and will be displayed before you confirm your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so as early as possible through your Bozzami account or by contacting the seller.
