If a seller offers Store Pickup, you can choose this option during checkout instead of home delivery.After your order is ready for collection, Bozzami or the seller will notify you with pickup instructions.
When collecting your order, please bring:
- Your order confirmation or pickup code.
- A valid photo ID, if requested.
Orders must be collected within the time specified in your pickup notification. If you are unable to collect your order, please contact the seller or Bozzami Customer Support as soon as possible.
Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with Bozzami's cancellation and refund policies.
